This Pro-Chi Overnight Oats recipe will become a mainstay in your weekly routine.
Make one at a time or multiply the recipe to make several at once.
3/4 t. chia seeds
1/4 C. old fashioned oats
1/2 C. almond milk (or another plant-milk alternative)
1/4 C. Pro-Chi Protein Crunch
To Make:
In a small ramekin or jar, combine the chia seeds, oats, and almond milk. Stir to combine and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least one-two hours, preferably overnight. Remove and stir. Top with Pro-Chi Protein Crunch.
Serves One.
